24th Annual  Bellydance Swap Meet.

A day full of wonderful workshops

and SHOPPING, SHOPPING, SHOPPING, along with an evening show.  Please join us! Shopping starts at 8:00 AM & goes until 3:00 PM.  Workshops will be held from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.  The evening show is from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM.  Doors will open at 6:30 PM with open drum & dance from 6:30 PM to 6:55 PM.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

To register for workshops, as a vendor, to request a performance spot & to read & agree to the Liability Release Agreement fill out & complete the Google form at the bottom of this page.  Then log on to your PayPal account & send your total payment using the 'Send Payment to Friends & Family in the US' payment option.  Please send all payments to Dancersofdenile@gmail.com.


**Attention non-direct bellydance item vendors**  At this time we

will only be accepting vendors who will be selling items directly related to bellydance. If you are a vendor of non-direct bellydance related items, you

may register as a vendor to be placed on the wait list. Please do not make

your payment until you are accepted as a vendor.

**IMPORTANT VENDOR INFORMATION**

** ONLY WAIT LIST IS AVAILABLE**

​​Vendor spaces will be $10.00 for 1 pre-determined 10' by 10' area. You

may purchase 1 additional space for an additional $10.00. Please limit

your vendor area to 2 purchased spaces in order to give other vendors

the opportunity to participate in the event. Please note, no refunds will

be given for cancelled vendor spaces or for no-shows the day of the event.

VENDOR REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Friday, December 15, 2017 6:00PM.

We have decided to limit the vending area to the first 22 paid bellydance related vendors. That means those vendors who sell bellydance related items (costumes, props, music, jewelry specific to bellydance) will be given priority over non-bellydance vendors. Non-bellydance vendors will be placed on a wait list & are asked to not submit payment until you have been accepted as a vendor.

Vendor set up starts at 7AM & ends at 9AM. If you are unable to arrive to the event & get your vending area set up by 9AM you will forfeit your space & payment. We will not be allowing vendors to set up after 9AM as it is a disruption to the event. Thank you for understanding.

Vendors - please be prepared for rain by having tarps available to make sides & possibly floors for your tents. Please note the ground in the vendor area is NOT LEVEL - be prepared for holes & divots. You are responsible for providing your own tents, tables & display set ups.

We reserve the right to open more vending spaces closer to the day of the event once we find out what the weather will be like.
